Returns & Refunds Policy
At Salty Fig, all of our pieces are carefully made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@saltyfig.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and where appropriate will offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Sizing As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing issues. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order and feel free to contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone into production. If you need to make changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing it and we will do our best to help.
